Anyar plans to hire 3 - 4 Statistical Analyst/Data Scientists in the next 2 - 3 months.  The positions will emphasize experimental design, trade space analysis, and data visualization in our Fort Walton Beach, Florida location and/or in our Beavercreek, Ohio location.

 
Job Details

Candidate will be responsible for designing and directing analyses for a variety of simulation systems utilized by the Air Force  and Intelligence Centers as well as other DoD organizations. Anyar's teams are multi-disciplinary, and our data science team works closely with software developers, engineers, and scientists to translate high-level analysis objectives and requirements into actionable study plans. Candidates will use a variety of methods including parametric analysis, data visualization, and statistical modeling to understand and communicate complex outcomes and make recommendations for future analyses.

Statement of Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance, pursuant to 32 CFR 117.10.  Accordingly, all applicants must be United States citizens, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

· Communicate with subject matter experts and study leads to translate high-level analysis objectives into actionable study plans.
· Work with software/simulation developers to appropriately parameterize tools and scenarios for use with analysis techniques such as design of experiments, optimization, sensitivity analysis, and uncertainty quantification.
· Design and implement post-processing and analysis of large, potentially unstructured datasets to aggregate, mine, and generate understanding of simulation results.
· Compile and present reports which clearly communicate study outcomes to audiences of varying statistical and technical knowledge.

Basic Qualifications

· BS Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research or a similar field
· 1 - 2 years of programming experience
· Experience creating data visualizations and analysis reports using technologies such as matplotlib, Dash, and jupyter. 
· Strong communication skills with the ability to understand and articulate ideas both verbally and written
· Ability to work both within teams and independently on a variety of new and ongoing projects of varying scope and scale 

Preferred Qualifications

· MS Degree in Statistical Computing, Statistics, Data Science, or a similar field
· Python experience, specifically for data analysis
· Experience with Design of Experiments
